Starting a Social Enterprise Project

Welcome to topic number one “Starting a Social Enterprise Project”.

In the introductory session to this module, we explored “Why do we need Project Management? And the definition of What is a Project?”
We also introduced the concept of Project Stakeholder Management and specifically showed the power/interest grid.  These areas will be discussed further in this section of the module.

This is the start of the lesson Project Management: Starting a Social Enterprise Project. 

This section will introduce “How to create the end in mind, defining of the project brief, definition of the goals of the project, expected outcomes and how we measure them.”

In this section there are 8 topics followed by a quiz which will test your understanding of this subject.  It is advised before you start this session that you have been through the Introduction to the Module.

The section introduces concepts and usage of key performance indicators (KPI’s: measurable quantitative and qualitative), identification of our responsibility, risk management (political, legal, economic, social, environmental, technological), and we look deeper into stakeholder analysis. Understanding what happened after the project finished i.e. (sustainability of the project outcomes: short, middle and long term period).
