Build a Culture deck: keep it simple (less is more)
- Focus on your vision and mission; what pain or problem do you want to get rid of and how are you going to do that?
- Name your values (which behaviour goes with it). This may be in loose cries e.g. Trust, accountability ..
- Identify which behaviour is inappropriate.
