The Marketing and Social Media module consists of four sessions, including this one.

  • This introductory session will take you approximately 25 minutes to get through.
  • With additional reading material, this session should take you about 40 minutes to complete.
  • With additional reading and a review of the advanced concepts, it should take you, about 60 minutes to complete.

There are three main directed learning elements to the module that are associated with this introductory session:

  • Identifying consumer needs and wants
  • Exploring consumer behaviour across buying contexts
  • Understanding the consumer decision-making process
