  1. In the first session the focus is on how to create a vision, creating a fit in your market and the environmental fit.
  2. The second session is about you as a person: How does one become a leader? And which type of leadership fits you?
  3. Now you have a vision for your sustainable enterprise and know who you are as a leader. But how can you transfer these insights to your work environment? How to align your team will be the subject of the third session.
  4. Finally, the fourth session will help you to set up a sustainable future for you, your team and the environment. In this session the Sustainable Development Goals will be central to create social impact.
