Define Your Impact

After determining the impact goal, i.e. what exactly you want to measure and for whom, you can start drawing up the Theory of Change.

It is a process you ideally do with your colleagues, experts (by experience) and some main stakeholders. The first time it may take a while to get used to this specific way of reasoning, but with each revision the process becomes more familiar and your Theory of Change more refined.

Start with a visual overview of the Theory of Change and next write it out in a narrative.

Creating a pathway of change is more of an art than a science.
